Enrolment Info & Forms
To apply to enrol a new student please complete the enrolment form PDF and bring it to the school with immunisation records and birth certificate. Visa information is also required if applicable. Alternatively, documents can be scanned and emailed to tammin.ps@education.wa.edu.au
